Interview
Interview process was long. 2 phone screenings and a full day of interviews with project managers. Each interview was about 20-30 minutes 1:1 with each person individually. Took about 7 hours. They were quick to respond and keep me updated on the hiring process. Everyone is really nice but new management has changed a lot.
First interview with recruiter, then virtual with hiring manager. Final step involves panel interviews inclusive of senior team members. I gave up after not receiving an update. All this time, I’ve felt that it was ghosting and the rejection email didn’t come until 3 months after the interview. Wonder if the roles the company advertises even exist. That is the reason why postings lasts so long on their website.
