The the questions for the position are pretty general. As long as you have some customer service experience you should be able to answer them. The only that may be difficult for some it the math assessment they give to determine if you should be on the register or not. Just do some basic algebra practice if you struggle with math

firstly, I came in for a different position and I could not get it because my family member was a part of that department. they still gave me an interview for another department which I thought was very good. I love that and the interview went very smoothly. I was asked questions that had to do with the position and I felt comfortable. They also asked questions about my Integrity which I liked. I like to work with people that I can trust.
