The interview was a bunch of preprepared questions that they asked to everyone. Mostly questions about times when you did a certain thing or had a certain job-relevant experience. Didn't think I did very well. I haven't heard back in over a month

Give an example of a time in a job you have worked where you had to balance a lot of tasks independently (or something like that)
Interviews are standard but questions could be better in seeking out the candidate that can deliver what you need. The process for hiring takes forever and this is the biggest drawback.

The interview was fairly concise and low pressure. It was a small panel with a team leader and her manager, and they asked questions about my experience in public service, my motivations, and my goals.
