Basic interview questions - make sure you can answer why you want to work for the law department and what divisions you are interested in / why. Also asked just other behavioral questions such as tell me a time where you did something wrong and what you did in response / tell me about a time where you had a differing opinion with someone on how to proceed, etc

Question 1
Can you please tell me about a legal issue in IRAC format
4 interviews total, first with new associate, second is with two senior attys, third is with legal director, fourth is with a division chief. They were all pretty standard interview questions. The second one was the most difficult and there were many tell me about a time questions, third interview was more about my resume.
The first round was with one interviewer and involved more situational questions. The second round was with two senior attorneys and involved in depth questions about experience, behavioral questions, lengthy discussion about writing samples and specific questions about the related legal issues. The third round was with a junior attorney and involved more behavioral questions.
