I applied through other source. I interviewed at New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (Bronx, NY)
Interview
Attended an open house at The Bronx location. When you arrive, you sign in and are seated in the lobby amongst the clients (adults and children) as you wait to be called for an interview. I believe this is to acclimate you to the population you would be working with.
After over an hour of waiting, the first point of contact is with Tiffany the talent acquisition manager. Similar to another reviewer I met with Tiffany, we spoke briefly for what felt like 5 seconds. I immediately got the sense that this wasn't a match from her responses. It's a "hired on the spot" event so if you're not hired on the spot obviously you're not moving forward. I would have appreciated it if she was upfront and told me I was unqualified/not moving forward instead of saying that the hiring team would be in touch. It's a slap in the face after watching others come back to the lobby to fill out paperwork.
I would advise that they be clear on the open house flyers the kind of and/or length of experience they are hoping for to prevent time being wasted on both ends. I too, was turned off by the experience. Sucks because the company is truly a gem for their employees.

I applied online. I interviewed at New York Psychotherapy and Counseling Center (Brooklyn, NY)
Interview
The interview was pretty straight forward and easy. Though, this was many years ago- I'm not quite sure of the process today. There was a longer interview with a therapist/supervisor, followed by brief interview with the administrator.
