Applied online, received an email asking about an in person interview about a week and a half later. No pre-screening call needed. Then you get a decision email two weeks later.

Interview
Round 1: The first interview was with the program manager, who would be my boss. We discussed classroom management styles, curriculum development, and the nuts and bolts of what the job is like day-to-day.
Round 2: The second interview was with the program manager and the program manager's boss. This interview was largely a repeat of the first interview. The boss had run the program previously so it was another chance to ask questions about the program and be vetted by another person who had experience running it.

Easy going and fast, asked about my interests and experience working with the population. Asked about my education level and future plans on working with a similar population. The interviewer talked a bit more about how the program works and asked us about our interests and if we had any questions
