I came in person for an interview with a 3 person panel. It was doable but challenging. I was asked to come back to present on a possible programming idea, a presentation which I spent quite a bit of time on. I never heard back. I emailed FIVE times and was never given an update. For someone who did a presentation, the least you can do is email back.
