I had a phone screening, and they told me I would be given an Excel assessment. They said that a few days after submitting it, they would let me know if I’d be moving on to a second interview. The test included a dataset and eight questions that required me to use various formulas, as well as create a chart. It took me about an hour and a half to complete. I submitted the Excel test the next day, but I haven’t heard back since even after following up.

Initial phone screening: The first interview is a phone screening with a recruiter talking about your background and what you know about the company. Second round interview: 30min phone interview with hiring manager asking behavioral questions,“Tell me about a time” etc.
