The hiring manager never turned up to the interview.
Requested a new date but never got a response.

How long have you been using the ServiceNow platform?
Wow. Apologies for this experience. As we are not using 3rd party recruiters (we don't pay fees) perhaps something got lost in translation. Not an excuse for a manager not showing up if they accepted the meeting and thank you for calling this out!
