NewTek interview questions

Received a call for a interview with the VP, he was reading questions from google search, What was your biggest failure? What would you do differently in your career? What is your dream job? The guy wasn’t having it when asked me what is your salary expectation? I told him I don’t have a range ,how much is your range salary? He laughed and said “ I’m the one who ask questions here no you!” I right away told him I’m interested to work for you have a great say SIR and I ended the call like a big boss. He didn’t realize candidates also interview the interviewers to understand what kinda companies they wish to work for and certainly not good culture.
