Interview
terrible! they ask you basic math questions, inquire about your fashion experience and give the impression that you will be using these skills to work with different designers. however, when you get hired, you never use any of these skills
its a fairly easy job, that requires no real education or experience. any monkey can work there

Interview
I saw an ad on Craigslist and applied. I received a response almost immediately through e-mail. The Customer Service Supervisor asked me to come in two days later. When I got there, I was handed a sheet of paper by the receptionist to fill out basic information about myself and also was given a small task. It involved letting a customer know about the stock availability of a dress in the format of a professional e-mail. I handed that in and waited. There were other applicants present. I was called up to speak with the Customer Service Supervisor and after interviewing with her and the manager at once, I was offered the job on the spot. About 10 to 12 other girls got the offer as well and we went on to train together.

Question 1
The only thing that made me nervous was when they asked me to role play and act as if I was on the phone with a customer to try to sell them a dress. I get nervous for on the spot things like that but it went okay.
