You are interviewed by school interview panel or by the school principal. Thereafter, the principal wanted me to be interviewed by a couple of school staff members. Atmosphere was chaotic since it was during student dismissal. I did get the job however the school staff members we unhappy with the school leadership and requested transfers.

Interviewed on the school level with the Principal, Vice Principal and I third party consultant. Initially participated in a phone screen with 3rd party and the second round was a panel interview with the school leadership team and the 3rd party consultant.
