Interview
There was a phone interview with an engineering manager, and then an in person interview day (with approximately 20 other candidates). Two interviews were conducted, both were canned. They clearly were not looking for leaders in that position. Everyone I spoke to was friendly.

Interview
The interview was with two recruiters for an hour-long timeslot. So it was 30 minutes for each recruiter. Because it was a design role, they asked about design background (CAD). Besides that, they asked 3 behavioral questions: most of which are group work and conflict resolution.
