High efficiency and good communication but I am still struggling about they are not offering WFH option and it is not easy for me to take this challenge and they are not offering much more pay as I expect

Interview
I was contacted first by a recruiting agency.
After the first interview with them I had to perform an Excel test. I had already some previous experience on the field, and most of the exercises from the test had nothing to do with the job tasks.
After completing the test, I have the final interview with the company, where the big red flags appeared.
They basically weren't capable to explain me the job description. Most of the time, was just me making questions about the role, since I was pretty sure they had no idea what that interview was about.

Basically the only questions they asked me for, were if I had experience with SAP and when I could start.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Newell Brands (Hagerstown, MD) in July 2018
Interview
Phone Interview. General screening interview reviewing current resume. They were interested in my day to day KPI's. I informed that my current position is more special project oriented , so I did not have any daily KPIs. Additionally they did inform me that they were selling off the division they were looking for a controller. I was still willing to move forward with the next step. I never did hear back ( which is neither here nor there). However I did see that the position was re posted.
