Standard interview process. Didn't really enjoy doing it online. Had the relevant experience for the job but wasn't able to demonstrate it effectively. Interviewers very professional but interview felt very short.

45-minute interview with the Academic Director and Team Leader. They asked questions about my background, CV and interest in the role. The second interview was going to be based around STAR questions but I did not get to that stage.
