Extremely rude and abrasive interview process which ultimately disappointed me because I walked in excited about the job and opportunity. The entire interview was basically the male boss and female hiring manager joking around with each other, sharing stories and anecdotes about working together for years, which I smiled and laughed through. All was going well until the last couple of minutes when the boss told me that he didn't think I was a good fit mainly because he wasn't sure I would be able to adjust to the 8-5 working time, which is strange considering I was looking for a normal work schedule and am now hired by a more reputable, professional and higher paying company.. He also commented on how I was dressed and mentioned that he doesn't know who I really am because "you don't wear that everyday, now do you?" (I was wearing a business suite with a button down shirt and heals, which is what I would wear to many different professional interviews). Why wouldn't I dress professionally for an interview? Also, why are you making inappropriate remarks IN FRONT OF MY FACE. Have the common decency to wait until I leave to talk about what you thought of my outfit.
Ultimately a waste of my time and effort. Clearly their turnover rate is high because they are hiring for the exact same position I interviewed for only a couple months later. Don't waste your time.
