Newnex Corp interview questions

Interview is fairly easy with phone interview and on campus. The phone interview ask about behavior question and on campus about sale technique and math problem. There is an writing exam around 15 minutes.

The hiring and interview process mainly includes two parts. The first is the phone interview (about 30 minutes). During the phone interview, the interviewer asked me questions about my education, work experience, and background. He also asked a few common interview question such as " what is your greatest strength?" The second part is the on-site interview (about 2 hours). The interviewer asked me some technical questions ( include math, physics, electric circuit..., not hard if prepare well). The on-site interview also included a hand-on test. The test inclued making a network wire, soldering, and using SolidWorks (15 minutes for each part).
