Newport Creamery interview questions

The interview process was not hard. They asked questions about my server experience and education. It was simple and very easy . The manager wanted to know that I would have the flexibility to be able to work weekend shifts

Rather easy and straight forward. Not a difficult job to get- it is more of a description of the job than anything else. They just want to make sure that you are not a complete idiot and you can do your job and be a productive member of the team. They hire a lot of teenagers so the expectations are no too high.
