First someone from recruiting reaches out with some questions on your experience, the job details, and what pay you’re looking for, et cetera. If they think you’re a match then you move forward. The interview then is just an easy zoom call with a panel - at least 2 people - but no special tactics required.

I had an initial phone screen. Completed a 45 minute assessment. Completed a three person panel interview. Was asked for reference, then radio silence. After a week I reached out to the HR rep with no response. Then a week later my application was moved from in process to inactive with no contact or feedback.
