One incident happen with me. Technical Pannel took my interview for more than 1.5 hour everything was good. I cleared interview and then Hr round happen. That’s was also good. Everything discussed there. Then the Hr asked me there will be one more Hr round and they will get back to me when next round will happen. I am following up with them from more than a month for that final HR discussion but senior HR did not respond. And one day send mail that that position go on hold and may be got open after one month. This is not at all acceptable if your are not sure about the position will it be available or not why you waste so much time of candidate. No reply for continuous follow up . Also Did not like infrastructure of the company. It’s working in one large hall where everyone sits. This I came to know when I went for interview. Previously going to interview I was not aware about this. Company is not clear about the position and process or recruitment.
