2 rounds of interviews. One with HR, and one with branch manager. Neither were overly difficult. They mainly seemed focused on making sure I knew how to handle a tough situation with a customer and that I can make the time commitment.

Interview
First I had a call with HR, and it was just "getting-to-know-you" type questions. A week or two later, I had an interview with both HR and a branch manager and head teller. The HR interview wasn't too bad, just some behavioral questions and learning about my work style. The questions from the branch manager were a little tougher, asking about how I would perform in the teller role.

Interview
Phone interview, met with HR twice, aptitude test, met with supervisor. Asked questions regarding scenarios and how my reaction would be. Met with numerous higher ups and was pleasantly greeted by all in the building. Strong focus on community and working together. Overall greet interview process thorough and consistent from start to finish.
