Interview
Absolutely garbage. They wasted 5 weeks of my time and then said they would get back to me, but ghosted me instead! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not consider this company in my future job search.
While we respect this reviewer's point of view, NexGen Technologies Inc. does not hire financial analysts. Unfortunately, this interview review is misappropriated to our IT services company.

Interview
I applied on LinkedIn and received an email from the company weeks later expressing their interest in Interviewing me. First, there was a phone screen. A week later, they send me an email to complete an Excel spreadsheet test, which would take 3 hours of my time (unpaid). After I completed the test, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week if the company would like to schedule the third round of the process which would be an online panel interview. I did not hear anything back until the beginning of the following week when they reached out to schedule the third round of the interview process. After the third round of interviews, I was told I would hear back by the end of the week yet again. As I predicted, they didn't reach out until the following week, breaking their promise one again. When they eventually reached out, they told me they are still working on details for a final update for the FOURTH round of the interview process, which would be an in-person interview, and that I would hear back soon. They never got back to me after that. The entire process took over a month.

Interview
Interview 1: I met with the to be direct supervisor for the position and the scrum master working in collaboration with the open position. The position was to be involved in a project with an indefinite lifespan. The likelihood of that lifespan continuing far into the future is high as evidenced by its history.
The interview was formatted into three major areas;
i. Basic responsibilities & foundational knowledge as a BA - Showcasing user stories, requirements gathering, technical ability to affectionately liason with devs.
ii. The connection between your relevant work experience and the responsibilities of the position
iii. General personality questions
All in all interview no.1 was good. The employees were friendly, the office nice, the questions relevant, and the interviewers on the same page.
Interview no.2 was with the program manager online and more personality based. These questions focused on gaining insight into my ability to address problems/situations and the methods I used to address them. The primary purpose of this interview seemed to focus on how i fit into the culture, if there were any glaring weaknesses, and the above reference to resolving issues.
Again, this was a good interview.

Question 1
An app theme was given along with the end goal in mind. I was asked to create the epic and user stories. I imagine if I hadn't already demonstrated experience in FBS or workflows I would have been asked to breakdown the testing and subtasks. The app idea was very simple.
