Send an application with CV and Cover Letter. They got back to me within the same week for a first interview. After that I had a second round interview with a sales representative and a final interview round with the CEO and another sales represantative. The overall experience was great, far better than most other application experiences I have had. All the people I talked to were very friendly and proactive about sharing details about the role. The questions they asked me were relevant for the position. Every person I talked to during the process had an honest enthusiasm and passion for their job and the company and gave the feeling that they were all happy to work there.

Fast process, straightforward, good effort to keep out bias in first round with the use of digital screening process. They seem to select people based on a fit with their values
