Next Labs interview questions

There was four rounds, audio interview, test, technical , and paid evaluation. I cleared three rounds and i could not clear the fourth one. Overall it was good experience at all.

Initial comms were sent by the contact team and an audio interview was done using a hiring tool. After clearing that round, you'll talk to two senior associates at the company who will ask about some questions that is already shared to an extent in the email. You'll go through the process and they'll test you on your words via live demonstration as well if deemed necessary. After this round, subject to clearing. You'll be facilitated through a paid evaluation where you'll get a gist of the work tasks in general. Upon clearing that you'll receive an email to have a discussion with the upper management/ CEO and you'll discuss the performance and salary expectations. After this clearance, you'll receive a response from HR and offer letter.
