Interview
Interviewed for a 6 month contract position at Adobe. Nextdeavor recruiter screening interview was standard. She didn't know much about the day to day, but that is pretty normal amongst recruiters. Adobe first round was with a panel of three, and second was with a panel of two.

Question 1
Recruiter asked me basic questions about work history and how long I've been a project manager. Adobe interviews centered around how I would handle certain situations, especially with difficult stakeholders who are competing for their view to be dominant in meetings that the project manager would facilitate.
