It was chill, just know why you want to intern at the firm, there are not difficult technicals, mostly behavioral questions (some of these were tricky). It is about 20 minutes long.

Resume and Cover Letter screening. Then 5 questions about why search and what makes NGP unique. Then phone call with EIR which is mostly behavioral or past experiences. Super chill interview process and just make sure you know what search is and why NGP
