In my case, I was hired to work on behalf of NextLink for another company. The process was very smooth, and there was always constant communication with recruiters and the final client. Feedback was quick and insightful. No bs, just straight to the point, I really liked that. 6 interviews. - Recruiter for salary expectations. - Head of recruiters for skills validations, altho not many technical questions. - Direct contact with the final client, for preparation and validation. - Head of the analytics team, focused on technical and soft skills. - Excellence data team lead for soft and communication skills. - Person in charge of the region I was going to be working on.
