Complete waste of time.
Got contacted by a recruiter saying that they were "very excited" to move forward in the interview process, and then included a link for me to submit my availability for a phone interview. I did that within 24 hours, then didn't hear from them for a week. After I followed up, I received an automated email for a phone interview the next day. I spent most of the next morning preparing for the interview, then they never called. I emailed the recruiter again asking about the situation and saying I didn't receive a call, and I received no response. I then finally received a reply from the recruiter saying that there were scheduling issues and that she'd follow-up with me to reschedule.
And of course, she never followed up, so I officially gave up.
Overall, one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences with HR/recruiting I've ever had.

As you can see from many other positive candidate reviews, we pride ourselves in providing a positive and timely experience from start to finish. Thank you for taking time to call out your own experience so that we can ensure it does not occur in future.
Would you be open to having a chat with me so I can learn more to improve our candidate experience? My email is sarah.hallahan@adrollgroup.com
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NextRoll in Feb 2018
Interview
I was referred to Adroll by another employee in the end of January 2018. I then had a brief phone call interview with a recruiter and a CoderPad tech screen interview, with approximately 10 days between each stage.
Soon after the tech screen I have received an offer from another company and Adroll was very accommodating and set up an onsite for me in just a couple of days after I had let them know.
On-site consisted of five 45 minutes long interviews: one on modelling, one on data manipulation, one on time series and anomalies, one case study and a lunch. Most questions were medium difficultly, some were easy. Interviewers were polite, professional and made my experience comfortable and pleasant. In the end of each interview they answered my questions and told me about Adroll culture.
Soon after the on-site I have received an offer from Adroll. Even though in the end I went with an offer from another company, I enjoyed interviewing with them. Special thanks go to the recruiter Hetal Shah, who was very organized and helpful at every step of the interviewing.
