Yet another tech company that treats candidates like crap. Had initial phone screen and supposedly it went well. Then, without asking me ANY technical questions at all, they suddenly decided that they "didn't want to move forward". Wasted my time. Do they have an internal candidate in mind for a promotion, but HR wants them to do some token interviews of outside candidates?
