Application: I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. Interview Two Phone conversation with different Nextiva employees. First phone conversation was with the internal Nextiva recruiter. The second phone conversation was with two people. One from HR and one with a technical background. The Nextiva employees all were professional. Mostly straight forward questions.
