1st HR interview 2nd technical interview 3rd take-home challenge - it was easy, but I didn't have time to do it properly. Build a dashboard about on how to select best candidates for a certain position

They contacted me for a position in their internal team, supposedly. I couldn't find the position in any other job board or anything like that. It kind of gave me the impression they were fishing for candidates to keep in their database for future potential jobs for their clients. 1st round: chat with HR rep 2nd round: "technical" with some kind of freelance technical consultant they hire 3rd round: 90-minute technical case. They sent a dataset and asked to produce a PowerBI dashboard. I don't think I know anyone who can do something like that (properly) in 90 minutes. Of course it took a lot longer than that but if you've been in the job market for a while, you're likely to be asked to work for free. 4th round: technical interview. In this stage there's an instance to discuss the task from the previous step, a brief technical discussion, a conceptual conversation about job-related situations, and a 5-minute chat in English. Overall, this was a nice/cordial interview and I would have thought I did pretty well. 5th round (I didn't get there): chat with someone from operations.
