I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Nextwave Advocacy in May 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview. The person who interviewed me was pleasant and casual. She asked why I thought I'd be a good fit, what I liked about politics, and what my strengths and weaknesses were, among other questions. I was offered a position soon after.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Nextwave Advocacy (Arlington, VA) in June 2015
Interview
The first step in obtaining my position was to complete the application process online, which included being required to complete a writing sample. After several days, I was interviewed by an extremely professional female over the phone. She asked me relevant, appropriate, and interesting questions regarding my position. She allowed me sufficient time to respond to the questions, but the interview was relatively short in the end.
