I applied online and the company reached out a couple of days later to schedule a call. I promptly emailed back some dates and times for availability. After a couple of days, I didn't hear back so I followed up. They finally wrote back and sent an invite for the following week (a Monday). We did a screen call. At the end, I asked if they had any hesistancy or concerns regarding my background and qualifications. They said "no." Said they'd be in touch with next steps/update. After a full week of waiting, I sent a polite follow-up regarding status. At the time of this posting, there has been no response - I was ghosted. This is rude and unprofessional! This explains/supports the poor scores on this site for employee experience and interviews.

We discussed my background and experience as it pertains to the role.
Thank you for this feedback. We strive to make the interview process as seamless and transparent as possible. In this case, the hiring manager was on PTO and that unfortunately delayed our process. This position is still open, and you should expect a follow-up once the hiring manager is back and has determined next steps.
There was a phone interview, followed by a zoom call. Some interview questions were a little confusing and difficult to answer. Nexus itself seems like a great company to work for, but I did not receive an offer. After over a month and sending a polite follow up email, I have gotten no response whatsoever, which is highly unprofessional.
Professional interview, current team made me feel very comfortable, and allowed time for a lot of questions. Had an initial HR screening, then spoke to the hiring manager, then did a panel interview with other members and leaders of the team.
