Interviewer was nearly 45 minutes late. He asked me a few questions, then I was presented with a printed list of technical questions that took nearly an hour to get through. The questions appeared to be copy/pasted from other sources and the interviewer was extremely proud of them. Waited another 30 minutes after this for the hiring manager to come in and basically ask me every single question the first guy did. He then let me know that this company was geared more to entry level talent, and that the salaries reflected this. He was worried that I would leave as soon as someone else offered more money, and he was right.
