First, you have to complete a written test about how educators can make current world news relevant to students. Next, you have to conduct a mock lecture presentation for a panel of interviewers. Finally, interactive interview with the panel about previous job experience, situational teaching questions.

This was during Covid so the interview was conducted online. There was a short writing test. I was also tasked to prepare a lesson - could choose between 2 topics that are relevant to the diploma you are applying to teach. This was followed by the interview. Interviewers were friendly, straightforward and easy to talk to.
