The interview process was well managed. I was given a timeslot for the interview and my turn came about half an hour late which is far better than any other company interview. They offered coffe & snacks for refreshment. They also gave return gifts to everyone who came for the interview irrespective of their selection. The gifts and snacks are not that important (though I truly appreciate it) but it does shows the commitment of the company towards the people they're interviewing. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews and the question they asked were practical and logical. The complete interview communication was more of a discussion towards practical applications of technical skills I've learned so far.
