It all started with a recruiter reaching out to me over LinkedIn. I replied and it took them about 2 weeks to even set up the initial phone screen (They reached out to me). The call was a very dull call. Nothing really about the company, the recruiter didn't really see interested in talking and was more interested in me talking. After our "Talk", he told me he would let me know about the next round in a week. Now a month later, no replies to any of my emails (Again, they reached out to me).
I told them I was very focused on Culture and he assured me that had a great culture.
Well........maybe not.
Recruiters....don't reach out to someone for a role and not even explain what the company could offer them and then ghost them. This is 2022 and it's an employee market!!
I think this was a blessing in disguise!
