In this interview process, you’ll first meet with a co-worker from the team. This part is more about gauging your technical skills, problem-solving ability, and how you fit into the team culture. After that, you'll have an interview with the VP of Strategy, which usually focuses on strategic thinking, how you can contribute to the company's growth, and your long-term vision. Finally, HR will conduct the last interview to assess cultural fit, work ethics, and clarify logistics like salary and benefits. Throughout the process, everyone is friendly and nice, creating a comfortable atmosphere for open discussions.

CV screening at first, then someone called and scheduled four interviews in one day, which included a few exercises. The interviews were conducted by three team members and the team manager. Overall the interviews day took about 3-4 hours.
