The interview process was smooth. Applied online, and got a screening call with HR asking about my experience and salary expectations. The 2nd interview was with a panel. It was on short notice ( Was contacted the same morning for an interview in the afternoon) but it went well. I haven't received any communication since then, more than 3 weeks now, only to see the job being advertised once again. Such a waste of candidates' time!

3 Rounds and all moderate. Just ask about previous experience and some situation based questions. 1st: Screening 2nd: HR Executive 3rd: HR Manager All asked only about the past experience.
