They ask no hard questions They trained us on safety rules and we had to watch some videos and then after we were tested on what on the safety issues . We also were trained by the other women who already were working on the line on the small machines packing the materials and making suure they were recoreded on a piece of paper they gave us . Then they gave us a text on what we had learn and if we did good onthe test we could skip and go on the next level .

Question 1
How long you plan to stay with the company . Then they trained us on how to use the machines, then every week we had to make sure we met our quota or else we would be fired .We had to do paperwork wite our name and product number then add the amount we made on a piece of paper they gave us for the job had to make sure everything was matching. We were offered a lot of overtime overall a nice company to grow .

I applied online. A few days later I had a phone interview. Then I got set up for an interview at the plant. I was offered a job, only if I agreed to a background check and drug screen

Interview
i had to go through three interviews. everyone i spoke with was very polite. they were all were very professional. I had to wait a while in the lobby past my interview time. the only thing i did not like was having to make three different trips to the plant to do follow up interviews.
