I applied on LinkedIn. 1st video interview with HR manager, nice and polite and genuinely interested in knowing about my professional experience. A week later I had the 2nd interview at their London office with two co-founders, which was a very bad experience. They asked me to take a seat, no introduction, and started straight away to ask questions. The younger director in particular wanted at all cost to look smarter and was keeping asking sneaky questions to induce me in error. No offer but I would have not worked there anyway.
