No submission date was given and I had to follow-up for it, which was the first red flag. I was told "have it finished by early next week so we can schedule you for an interview." I completed the task and didn't hear back for weeks after repeated contact. Eventually, a talent inbox reached out to deny me without interviewing. GROSS hiring practices indicative of a poor communication and people culture.
