Nike Communications interview questions

Completed an initial interview with HR for an SAE position within a week of applying. The interviewer was very pleasant and personable, and took the time to walk through what they were looking for in a new hire. It took over two weeks to hear back and receive an automated rejection, despite the interviewer noting they would follow up with a decision within ~7 business days from the screening call. By that time, I knew I would not be moving forward in the process, since agencies tend to move quickly for those they really want to hire. I appreciated the opportunity, but it would have been nice to hear back within the projected timeline so applicants aren't in limbo waiting for feedback. The next step in the process would have been a portfolio review, followed by a final-round interview.

The process was pretty straightforward. The interviews took place virtually and I learned more about the role and what they were looking for. I wouldn’t say anything caught me by surprise.
