      traditioneel : initieel contact en intake gesprek met headhunter, daarna een gesprek naar fit CV met de HR Director, een gesprek met de CEO om te peilen naar de fit met de CEO en ter afsluiting een gesprek met de CEO en de voorzitter Raad van Bestuur (eerder pro forma)
