The interview process was straightforward. The application was submitted online, followed by an interview conducted with the department professors and the program director, and then a final step with HR. The discussion focused mainly on academic background, technical understanding, and communication skills.

I had a very productive meeting with Dr. xxx. We discussed the role in detail and reached a clear consensus on all technical and professional points. I left the interview feeling that we were in full agreement regarding the project's direction.
