Only one interview with the CEO or manager. They ask very basic and straight forward interview questions and if you don’t mind driving. Not too many complicated behavioral questions. Interview length is relatively short as well. Offer decision took about a week

Since it is a RO, the focus is commercial aspect. They will ask how to sell xxx product to consumers/suppliers, ability to travel to nearby countries or ability to cook. If you can speak Japanese, it is a plus point.
