Very quick video conference interview asking basic questions.
Next step was a 'take home' interview assignment where you had to design, plan and estimate the the time it would take to implement a programming project, but not do any programming.
I submitted my proposal and 5 days later I got a response that they moved forward with other candidates.
All conversations were handled over StackOverflow Jobs messages.
