It was very simple and straight interview which I went through Day 1: Telephonic Round - Which took by one of lady HR mostly focused on self introduction and stability Day 2: Company (Dell) - It went for almost 30+ mins where it was taken by Manager and he checked my confidence levels and reviewed my entire career right from the start. Current profile, skills which I hold, initiatives what I have taken, how much knowledge I have about the current position. it was good and great experience to be in that seat of interview room.
