phone interview, virtual, and than on-site. Overall pleasant, they were nice and we had a good conversation. good interview culture and the process wasn't too intensive. The whole interview ran about 45 min.

Interview
The interview lasted about 10-15 minutes. After that they took me down to the work floor and watched me weld scrap pieces together in different positions. They offered me the job afterwards
