Overall, my experience was mostly positive. I went through four rounds of interviews and was waiting for the next step. However, I was surprised to receive feedback about a skill gap, which I expected to be addressed in the first round, not the fourth. Despite this, all rounds were communicated smoothly, which led me to believe things were progressing well, a sentiment confirmed in the earlier rounds.
